Pet Policy

We're pet-friendly! Our pet policy allows for a maximum of two pets per apartment, and we have a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Please call our leasing office for complete details.

Parking

We offer assigned parking for our residents, with a fee of $150 per month. Additional parking is available in the City of Rochester Court Street Garage.
