Our Story

Our founders, Christopher A. Christian and Steven J. Tavarez, have a passion for building and creating spaces that exceed expectations. Growing up in Santa Monica, they were always drawn to the beach and the ocean. BothChristopher and Steven have a strong background in construction, with Christopher starting his company in 2008. They met in high school and began working together, forming CT West Construction, Inc. shortly after.
