Our Story

Our founder, Kari Stearns-Lamb, brings a wealth of experience in the field of mental health, having worked in a variety of settings, including state correctional centers and community mental health organizations. After realizing her passion for independence and autonomy, Kari decided to take the leap and build her own practice. With a Master's degree in Social Work from St. Ambrose University, Kari is committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups.
