Come taste the tradition!
Wally's Restaurant has been a staple in Chattanooga for over 85 years, offering a unique dining experience that blends traditional Southern comfort food with modern flavors and convenience. Our story began in 1937 when Wally Alexander opened Wally's Drive In on McCallie Avenue, serving up classic American fare like burgers, fries, and milkshakes. Over the years, we've evolved to become a beloved institution, serving up hearty breakfasts, home-style lunches, and catering services to the local community.
Our History
From humble beginnings as a drive-in to our current sit-down restaurant, Wally's has undergone many transformations. In the 1970s, we transitioned to a meat-and-three style restaurant, serving up home-cooked meats and vegetables alongside our famous breakfast menu. We've also expanded to a second location in East Ridge, featuring a buffet with a salad bar and full menu. Despite changes in ownership and locations, our commitment to quality food and service has remained unwavering.
Our Services
At Wally's, we're passionate about providing exceptional cuisine and service to our customers. Our menu features a range of delicious options, from classic breakfast dishes like eggs, meat, and pancakes, to our famous meat-and-three lunches, and catering services for special occasions. We're dedicated to using only the freshest ingredients, expertly prepared to bring out the full flavors of our dishes. Whether you're stopping by for a quick breakfast or a leisurely lunch, we promise to provide you with a memorable dining experience.
