Our Story
110 Fitness is the expansion of the Rock Steady Boxing South Shore program, which has been successful since August 2016. Our program is designed to improve function, strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing, reversing, and delaying the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. However, we soon realized that our services could benefit a much broader range of people, including those with developmental or physical disabilities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to leave no person behind, providing them with the necessary support to reach their full potential. We believe that by combining physical exercise with mindful and wellness programs, our members will have access to all the tools they need to thrive. At 110 Fitness, we are committed to inspiring our members to give their 110% effort in order to find the greatest balance in their lives.
Our Team
Our team is led by Brett Miller, a licensed physical therapist with 26 years of experience. Brett is passionate about adaptive fitness and inspiring the best in everyone he meets. He has worked in the fitness industry for 24 years and has extensive experience in kickboxing, boxing, spinning, rowing, and strength and conditioning. Brett is also certified in Concept 2 Rowing, Pedaling for Parkinson's, SCW Boxing Fitness, SCW Aquatics Exercise, Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance, CPR/AED, and is a licensed boxing second in the state of Massachusetts.
