We have been managing our own properties since 2001 and expanded our influence in 2013 to provide valuable services to other property owners. We understand service and quality from the owner's perspective and want to help others achieve their real estate goals. Our company's core values are centered around transparency, tenant screening, compliance, ethics, and timeliness.

Property Owners

As a property owner, you can expect a full-service experience with us. We are with you every step of the way, from the search and acquisition of your property to the day-to-day management and eventually the liquidation of your investment. We ensure transparency by providing monthly statements that detail all income and expenses. Additionally, you have full access to all property activity 24/7 via the owner's portal.

Our tenant screening process is thorough, including a 4-star credit and background check, rental references, and income verification. We aim to find the right tenant to care for your real estate investment. We follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and perform monthly reconciliations of all trust funds. Our team includes a CPA and a lawyer to guide us through the complexities of doing business in California.

Tenants

We respect the tenant's viewpoint and strive to make your rental experience one you can tell your friends about. Our goals are clear expectations about property qualifications, protection of your personal information, and quick decisions about your rental request.

We use an online rental application that allows you to complete an application paper-free by using your desktop or mobile device. Applications and our 4-star credit and background check are required if you are 18 years of age or older. The cost is $30 per person.

Via our Tenant Portal, you have real-time access to all property activity, the ability to pay rent via EFT or Payment Card, and you can submit maintenance requests (with photos) to ensure we understand all details about your issue so we can resolve it quickly the first time.
