Our Story

At Lex Properties, we understand the importance of providing quality housing for students and young professionals in the Lexington, KY area. Our journey began over 20 years ago when our founder, Steve Perry, started building single-family and multi-family homes in the Lexington area. After Steve's passing, his legacy continues through our family business. We've built a reputation for providing comfortable and safe living spaces that meet the highest standards.

Our Services

Our services are designed with our tenants in mind, providing a seamless and convenient experience from the moment you apply to the moment you move in. We offer a range of properties, including single-family homes and townhomes, all located within a short walk to the University of Kentucky campus. Our properties feature modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances, off-street parking, and full-size front-load washer and dryer. We also offer 24/7 maintenance and Spectrum TV and Wi-Fi for added convenience.
