Welcome to Fruition Health Massage & Bodywork, a place where you can attain your desired health for your mind, body, and spirit. Led by Spencer Graham Lewis, a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist with NC license #18073, our mission is to be present in your journey towards healing and wellness. With a driving passion to connect with others through holistic medicine, Spencer has an ambition to be a part of your healing process, whether it's reducing stress, relieving chronic pain, or achieving a relaxed state of mind.

Our Team

Spencer Lewis is a dedicated and experienced massage therapist, who has received a diploma in Massage Therapy from Western North Carolina School of Massage in the winter of 2019. With certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Reiki I & II, Spencer is committed to providing effective and professional bodywork that exceeds your goals. In his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time in nature, with friends and family, or appreciating art and entertainment.

Our Services

At Fruition Health Massage & Bodywork, we offer a range of services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. We believe in the healing power of touch and the benefits of holistic medicine. Our services include:

• NeuroMuscular Therapy: This specialized form of massage uses pressure to release areas of strain in the muscle. By targeting tender or trigger points, NeuroMuscular Therapy can be successful in relieving chronic pain or tension.
• Deep Tissue Massage: This form of Swedish massage increases the depth of pressure, targeting all the fibers of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is beneficial in treating chronic tension and increasing relaxation.
• Swedish Relaxation Massage: This modality of Swedish Massage is offered in light to moderate depths of pressure. Swedish Massage can be beneficial for promoting relaxation, restoring movement, or relieving stress.
• Reiki: This Japanese energetic technique promotes relaxation and healing. As a practitioner, Spencer has developed energy manipulation techniques to release stagnant Ki which encourages healing to the mind, body, and spirit.

Appointments and Availability

At Fruition Health Massage & Bodywork, we offer 30, 60, 75, or 90 minutes of hands-on bodywork. Your appointment will include a consultation prior to the hands-on bodywork. We understand that availability varies, and we appreciate at least a 24-hour notice for appointments. Same-day appointments are not always available.

We provide sessions at Affinity Salon and Spa in a private suite, and upon request and approval, we will be available for outcall for an additional fee, which is congruent to our travel and time.
