Established in Seville, Ohio in 1972, the Plumer Insurance Agency, Inc. is striving toward a third decade of service to its clients. Through the years, the agency has earned a place of prominence and respect in the community. Currently, Plumer Insurance Agency serves the needs of about 3,500 individuals, families, and businesses in northern Ohio. Our office includes the addition of a powerful computer for record keeping, a special rating computer so that instant comparisons can be made of the country's finest insurance companies.

Meet Our Team

Jim Harris, a lifelong resident of Rootstown, Ohio, is the owner of Plumer Insurance Agency. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993 and received his insurance education in Property Casualty, Commercial Life, and Health in 1996. Jim enjoys the outdoors and is an avid runner, hiker, and volleyball coach. Emma Bair, who grew up in Doylestown, brings management and insurance experience from the vendors' side. Jane Rych, with over 37 years of experience in the insurance industry, offers a broader view for client serving. Darla Gordon Payn, a long-time resident of Seville, works part-time doing clerical work and filling in when needed.
