- Functional Fitness Programs: Our functional fitness programs are designed to increase strength and flexibility simultaneously and improve posture, balance, stability, and alignment. These programs help clients do everything better and take their bodies beyond their current limitations.
- Postural Assessment & Correctional Programs: By booking a private postural assessment, clients receive a custom-tailored home program that addresses their postural patterns, injuries, muscle imbalances, and goals.
- Athletes Training: Pilates and Gyrotonic training help athletes hit the ball farther, run faster, cycle harder, and perform better without pain or injury.
- Movement Programs for Specific Needs: We offer innovative group classes and individualized attention for clients with unique needs, such as reversing computer posture, pre/post-natal Pilates, Pilates for seniors, Pilates for teens, Pilates for runners, and golf and equestrian programs.
- Virtual Private Sessions & Online Classes: Our team offers virtual private sessions and online classes to help clients stay consistent and healthy during the COVID-19 lockdown and beyond.

New Pilates Clients
If you're new to Pilates machines or classes or have an injury, we require you to take a private session before beginning equipment classes. During this first session, we assess your gait, shoulder organization, spine and pelvis alignment, and any areas of interest (injuries, muscle imbalances, and/or goals). This allows us to custom-tailor each session/class to your needs and ensures you learn the fundamentals and machines safely.
