Ray's Catering is a fully licensed food and beverage caterer that has been in the business for generations. Our story begins with Isadore Offenbach, who migrated to the United States in 1909 and started a butcher shop. His youngest son, Ray, followed in his footsteps, and Ray's oldest son, Rodger, worked at the shop and later convinced his father to expand into catering. Over the years, the business grew, and the family continued to innovate and expand their services to accommodate multiple parties in one day. Today, the business is owned by Dan and Luke Offenbach, who have been actively running it for the past ten years. They bring a unique expertise to the business, with Dan handling business operations and Luke serving as the Executive Chef. Our family values, hard work, and passion for food and service have always been at the core of our business.
