Our Principal - Blaine Forkner, P.E., LEED AP BD+C

Blaine Forkner comes from a long line of engineering professionals. He earned his electrical engineering degree from Virginia Tech with a Math minor. Blaine has specialized experience in electrical systems for colleges, schools, hospitals, libraries, residential, and recreation centers. He maintains LEED AP BD+C credentials with USGBC.ORG and is an expert in dealing with high rises and urban environments. Blaine is actively licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania and Virginia, with 15 years of proven results with successful projects valued at over $500,000,000.
