Our Team

Led by principal civil engineer and owner Bill Roberts, our staff comprises dedicated individuals with a shared passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Bill, a lifelong resident of Porterville, brings over six decades of experience to the firm, having honed his skills since 1959 and earned his professional license in 1965. His specialization lies in land development design and structural engineering, coupled with an in-depth understanding of surveying principles.

Donna Shamley, our experienced planner, contributes significantly to the firm's success with her extensive knowledge of land planning and use regulations. She has been with Roberts Engineering since 1970, providing invaluable expertise in areas such as parcel maps, subdivisions, zone changes, and report preparation. Donna's contributions extend beyond planning, as she actively assists Bill with the day-to-day management of the business.
