Disappointing Experiences
Many reviewers have had unfortunate experiences with David Hoy, citing poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and ineffective services. Erik S. was looking for someone to speak with about anxiety issues and was initially told that someone would be available to speak with him within a couple of days. However, it took over two weeks for someone to contact him, only to inform him that no one would be a good fit for his needs. The representative was reportedly rude and unhelpful.
Denise S. had a similar experience with her children, who were receiving therapy services from David Hoy. When she was going through her own problems, the therapist discontinued services without being honest with her about the decision. This led to a month-long gap in therapy, causing emotional and physical problems for her children. Anonymous sources later confirmed that the therapist did not actually leave David Hoy.
