Our Story

Meet Chuck Larsen, University of Florida graduate and founder of Gator Air & Energy. Established in 2009, our company originally worked exclusively with GRU as a private contractor in the Low Income Energy Improvement Program (LEEP). We installed energy-saving HVAC units, performed duct sealing, and provided other energy upgrades to low-income households in Gainesville for a year before expanding our services. Today, we're proud to be Gainesville's most energy-efficient HVAC contractor, certified as a RESNET "Certified EnergySmart" contractor since 2010.
