The Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare (PQHH) is a non-profit organization established in 2010 to advocate for the interests of community- and hospital-based home healthcare agencies across the United States. Our mission is simple: to ensure access to quality home healthcare services for all American seniors. Representing more than 500,000 skilled professionals who provide care to over 3.5 million Medicare beneficiaries, we work tirelessly to advance policies that promote the well-being and independence of our nation's seniors.

Our Commitment to Quality Care

At PQHH, we are committed to advancing policy solutions that result in improved quality of care and quality of life for all home healthcare patients. We recognize that patients with chronic conditions across the country are receiving quality care in their own homes by skilled and highly trained clinicians. We are dedicated to further improving quality and access for the patients we serve. Our efforts are focused on promoting the patient-centered, cost-effective, and evidence-based home healthcare model that is preferred by patients and families.

Our Members and Corporate Leadership Council

PQHH is comprised of community- and hospital-based, non-profit and proprietary home healthcare agencies nationwide. Our membership includes agencies from across the country, including 17 locations in New York and 43 other states. Our Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) is a unique opportunity for companies with similar policy interests and business objectives to join us in our efforts. CLC members participate in programs and strategies designed to advance public policies that support our mission.

Our Staff

Joanne E. Cunningham serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PQHH. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare advocacy and policy, Joanne has a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system and the needs of seniors. Prior to joining PQHH, Joanne served as the CEO of the Home Care Association of New York State, where she was responsible for advancing public policy initiatives that supported the provision of high-quality home care in New York State.

At PQHH, our goal is simple: to ensure that all American seniors have access to quality home healthcare services that meet their unique needs. We believe that home healthcare is a vital component of the healthcare system, providing cost-effective and patient-centered care that promotes independence and health. We will continue to work tirelessly to advocate for the interests of our members, ensure access to quality care, and advance policies that promote the well-being and independence of our nation's seniors.
