Our Philosophy

Residential Design

Designing a home is not just about "building a home." It's about setting a mood, evoking a state of mind, and expressing a lifestyle. At Mosley Architecture & Gardens, we believe that the most beautiful homes are those that reflect the spirit of their owners. We work in partnership with our clients to understand their needs and then develop creative solutions that bring those ideas to fruition. Our residential projects include custom homes in Vinings, Atlanta, Brookhaven, and Knoxville, among others.

Garden Design

Outdoor spaces are essential to the character of a home, providing architectural balance by acting as an extension of the interior space. Gardens are where we entertain, where we play, or sometimes where we just bask in the sun. Mosley Architecture & Gardens worked in collaboration with renowned garden designer Ryan Gainey for 17 years to create gardens that work in harmony with the home. We continue on with his legacy and philosophy of garden design. Our garden projects include private gardens in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Brookhaven, Georgia, among others.

Commercial Design

Your organization has a mission to fulfill, and your facility should help you accomplish that mission. At Mosley Architecture & Gardens, we work in partnership with our clients to understand how their buildings will be used and then provide creative architectural solutions to those business needs. From high-tech industrial facilities to socially active country clubs, Mosley Architecture & Gardens has delivered quality results for a variety of commercial and institutional clients. Our commercial projects include a custom home and gardens in Knoxville, Tennessee, a commercial facility in Stockbridge, Georgia, and a country club in Brookhaven, Georgia, among others.

About Us

Mosley Architecture & Gardens, formerly known as Carlson & Mosley Architects, was founded by architects Lance Carlson and Marc Mosley. The firm is based in Atlanta and serves clients throughout the Eastern United States. We have provided architectural, garden, and interior design services to a wide range of institutional, commercial, and residential clients.

Meet Our Principal

Marc B. Mosley, AIA, is the principal of Mosley Architecture & Gardens. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and a LEED AP Certified Registered Architect in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee. Marc earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 1990.
