Welcome to our massage therapy practice, where we are dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive services to help alleviate chronic pain, stress, and promote overall well-being. Our team is led by Jean, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Merrimack, N.H, who is committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for each client.

Jean has extensive training in various modalities, including Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Cupping, and more. She has a deep understanding of the human body and is skilled in using gentle, clinical deep tissue techniques that are tailored to each individual's needs. Jean is also trained in Reiki 1 and Herbalism, which allows her to provide a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

At our practice, we work with clients who suffer from symptoms of chronic pain and stress, such as insomnia, fatigue, migraines, and limited range of motion. We also help clients alleviate acute and chronic pain resulting from overuse, injury, and illness. Our goal is to provide a therapeutic and relaxing experience that eases pain, heals soft tissue dysfunction, and rejuvenates the nervous system.

Services Offered

Our services are personalized and comprehensive, and we do not have a menu of services or charge for add-ons or hidden fees. All sessions are curated based on your needs and preferences. Here are some of the services we offer:

• Therapeutic Massage: Our therapeutic massage is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive experience that goes beyond merely "breaking up knots." We work with your nervous system, not against it, using gentle methods that get deep into tissue without causing unnecessary pain or discomfort. Our sessions are tailored to your needs, and we'll come up with a plan together to ensure you're on the right track toward feeling better.
• First-Time Client: If you're new to our practice, we recommend selecting the First-Time Client option on our Contact page. This will allow us to gather some basic information about your health and wellness goals and tailor your session accordingly.

Education and Certifications

Jean holds a Massage Therapy Certificate from Nashua Community College and is a member of the President's List and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is certified in First Aid & CPR, Reiki 1, and Herbalism, and continues to pursue education and training in Comprehensive Pain Management.

Location and Cancellation Policy

Our practice is located at 301 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack N.H 03054. We are on the second level and recommend entering through the front of the building via the door farthest to the right (under the sign for Alpha Contracting). Note that our location is not wheelchair accessible.

We have a cancellation policy of charging $40.00 for 60-minute sessions and $60 for 90-minute sessions for same-day/last-minute cancellations. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
