We offer a complete line of full massage services, including Swedish/European Massage, Deep Tissue, Pressure/Trigger Point, Pre-Natal Massage, Hot Stone, Reflexology/Foot Massage, and Cupping. Additionally, we provide Spa Services/Add-ons, such as Warm Foot Soak/Scrub, Salt Glow/Exfoliation, Scalp or Abdominal Massage, Facial Massage, and Specialty Oils. Our rates are competitive, and we offer discounts for new and frequent customers.

Sarah Rand, Licensed Certified Massage Therapist (LCMT), is a passionate and dedicated massage therapy enthusiast with over 20 years of experience. She has extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical practices, and the human body, gained through her service in the National Guard and studies at Nashua Community College. Her mission is to provide a massage experience that can help anyone, even those with the most challenging conditions.
