Whole-Person Care
Our approach to care is rooted in the concept that our bodies, souls, and spirits are interconnected and interdependent. We recognize that when one part of ourselves is struggling, the rest of us struggles as well. Therefore, our treatment programs are designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each individual. Our team of professionals is trained in the most current research and treatment methods, and we work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.

- Christian-Based Therapy: A special track of care for individuals who desire to integrate their Christian faith into their treatment and healing process.

Treatment Programs

Unsatisfactory Experience
The customers who left negative reviews had a poor experience at Water's Edge. They felt that the staff and owner were uncaring and unresponsive, leading to a lack of trust and damaging relationships. The customers were not satisfied with the way they were treated, and some felt that the staff was more interested in hiding behind their Christian values than in providing genuine care.
Bureaucratic Issues
Some customers experienced issues with billing and insurance. One reviewer was told that their insurance would not cover services, but was not provided with a receipt to enable them to submit a claim directly to their insurance company. Another reviewer was told that their insurance was not likely to reimburse them, but this was not their concern and they were left feeling frustrated and stuck with an expensive bill.
Unpredictable Service
One customer had a positive experience for a year, but then everything changed. Their therapist was suddenly dropped, and they were given little notice. This lack of communication and predictability caused them to lose trust in the program.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, one customer had a very positive experience at Water's Edge. They participated in two programs, eating disorder treatment and depression/anxiety treatment, and felt that they received individualized and personalized care. They praised the small program sizes, which they felt allowed for more personalized attention.
