Our Services

As a licensed clinical social worker, Mike Arieta has over 20 years of experience working with adults, youth, and families in a variety of settings. He specializes in working with individuals and families dealing with financial, social, and relationship issues. Mike has extensive knowledge and experience working with couples, families, and individuals with financial concerns that stem from outside influences that impact family relationships and hinder successful life transitions.

In addition to individual and family therapy, we also offer educational tutoring for students of all ages. Our experienced educator, Kristin Lindgren, has a master's degree in special education and has been teaching for over 19 years. She specializes in working with students who have learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and other health disabilities.

Brain Spotting

We also offer Brain Spotting, a mind-body therapy approach that focuses on treating trauma and intense emotions. This technique accesses resources to better deal with unresolved issues that are not available at the conscious level. Brain Spotting works by maintaining an eye position while focusing on the body's "felt sense" of an issue, stimulating and integrating the healing process within the deep brain.

Our Expertise

Mike Arieta, our licensed clinical social worker, has extensive experience working with adoptive families, adoptees, and those in the foster care system. He is listed with the MN ADOPT HELP program as an adoption competent provider and has received training on attachment issues related to adoption and foster care.
