Pathways Counseling Center

Who We Are

Pathways Counseling Center is a contract agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of Putnam County. We are a Partner Agency of the United Way of Putnam County. With over 40 years of experience, we have been serving Putnam County in one form or another, providing treatment, education, and aftercare for a variety of mental health and substance abuse problems.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to help individuals and families overcome mental health and substance abuse challenges. Our highly qualified staff provides treatment, education, intervention, and aftercare for a variety of problems, including:

• Assessment: We conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the root causes of mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Community Psychiatric Support Services: Our team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals provide support and guidance to individuals and families affected by mental health issues.
• Counseling: Our counselors are trained to address a range of mental health and substance abuse issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Crisis Intervention: Our crisis counselors are available 24/7 to provide immediate support and guidance during crisis situations.
• Drug Free Workplace Training and Support: We provide training and support to employers and employees to promote a drug-free and healthy work environment.
• Drug Screenings: We offer confidential drug screenings to identify and address substance abuse issues.
• Employee Assistance Programs: Our EAP provides confidential support and counseling services to employees and their families.
• Gambling Addiction Therapy: We offer counseling and support services to individuals struggling with gambling addiction.
• Law Enforcement & Behavioral Health: Our team works closely with law enforcement agencies to provide behavioral health services and support.
• Mental Health First Aid: We offer mental health first aid training to teach individuals how to identify and respond to mental health issues.
• Prevention Education: Our prevention education programs aim to reduce the risk of mental health and substance abuse issues in individuals and communities.
• Psychiatric Services: Our team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals provide psychiatric services, including medication management and therapy.
• Psychological Evaluation: We conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify mental health and cognitive issues.
• Putnam Adolescent Response Team for Youth (P.A.R.T.Y.): Our P.A.R.T.Y. program provides mental health services and support to youth in Putnam County.
• Socialization and Skill Building Group: We offer group therapy sessions to help individuals develop social skills and build confidence.
• Substance Use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Our trauma-focused therapy services help individuals overcome substance abuse and trauma issues.
• WRAP Around Services: We provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services through our WRAP Around program.

Accreditation

Pathways Counseling Center is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and nationally accredited through CARF.
