From professional athletes to experienced trainers and specialists, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in our community. Our team includes Ryan Overturf, who formerly served as the Vice President of Business Development and Education for TELOS Consulting and is a Biomechanics Consultant, MAT Specialist, and Trainer for athletes. William Branham, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and the Cooper Institute, and a certified Massage Therapist. Seth Bridges, and many others who share our passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
