Our story began in 2009 when the Barnes brothers founded our company with the intention of exceeding the expectations of those who needed assistance. Our Services
We offer a wide variety of basic services including personal care, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. We also provide specialized services such as Dementia & Alzheimer's care, Wellness & Companion Care, and Physically Challenged Client care. Our Home Care Aides are highly trained and certified, with a minimum of 150 hours of supervised and documented state-accredited training. We believe that our Home Care Aides are our most important asset, and we hold them to high standards.

At Presidio, we take a quality over quantity approach. We work with a select team of highly trained Home Care Aides to deliver exceptional services to a small group of clients. This allows our administration to be hands-on with each and every case, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. Our focus is on caring for our current clients, not looking for the next one.
Our Commitment
We are committed to upholding the highest industry and ethical standards. We are fully insured and bonded, with worker's compensation, general and professional liability insurance, crime/theft bond, and non-owned/hired auto insurance. We also accept long-term care insurance and were the first agency in the state of California to become a licensed Home Care Organization.
