At Jagged Fitness, our mission is simple: to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals through innovative and effective training methods. Personal Training

Our personal training program is tailored to each client's specific goals and needs. With one-on-one attention from our highly qualified trainers, clients will learn the fundamentals of exercise, receive focused workouts, and develop a healthy lifestyle at their own pace. Our trainers will work closely with each client to understand their goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customized plan to achieve those goals.

Partner Training

Sometimes, the best way to stay motivated in your fitness journey is to work alongside someone you care about. Our partner training program allows two individuals, whether it's a couple, family members, or friends, to work together towards their fitness goals. Our trainers will provide the tools and knowledge to keep each other accountable and motivated, even beyond the training sessions.

Small Group Training

Our small group training program is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. With a maximum of four individuals per group, our trainers will provide detailed correction and feedback throughout the workout, creating a fun and empowering atmosphere.

Large Group Training

For those who enjoy working out in a group setting, our large group training program is the way to go. Held outdoors at a local park, our classes are limited to ten individuals and require a minimum of seven participants to ensure a fun and challenging workout. This is the only service we offer that is held outdoors and limited to optimal weather months from May to September.

Online Programming

Our online programming is designed for those who prefer the convenience of working out from home. Our trainers will develop a customized workout program based on your goals, current injuries or limitations, and fitness level, and deliver it through an app called Trainerize. With our online programming, you can work out on your own schedule, knowing that you're getting expert guidance and support from a Jagged Fitness trainer.

Nutrition Consultations

Exercise is only half the battle when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. A balanced diet is crucial to support your workouts and help you reach your goals efficiently. Our nutrition consultations will help you adjust your eating habits to match your exercise program, ensuring that you're fueling your body for optimal results.
