According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture balances the flow of energy, known as qi, through pathways (meridians) in the body. At Dynamic Health Chiropractic and Acupuncture, we provide acupuncture as a complementary treatment to help our patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
Massage Therapy: We offer massage therapy as a complementary treatment to our chiropractic and acupuncture services. Our massage therapists use a variety of techniques to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Alex Anderson, Chiropractor: Dr. Alex Anderson is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Nebraska. He was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended Skutt Catholic High School where he pursued his passion for sports by playing football and basketball. After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Biology/Biochemistry, Dr. Alex attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2011 to 2014. He worked as an associate for Advanced Chiropractic Solutions in Lincoln, NE from 2014-2018 before opening his own practice. Dr. Alex utilizes several different adjusting methods depending on the patient and problem. He currently lives in Omaha with his fiance, Dr. Whitney, and their two dogs, Titan and Nate.

Dr. Whitney Anderson, Chiropractor: Dr. Whitney Anderson is a licensed chiropractor in the state of Nebraska. She was born and raised in Bettendorf, Iowa, and attended Bettendorf High School. Dr. Whitney attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2007-2011, where she graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic from 2011 to 2014. Dr. Whitney is certified in acupuncture and specializes in Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, and Activator techniques. She currently lives in Omaha with her fiance, Dr. Alex, and their two dogs, Titan and Nate.
