Hall, DC, who graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1996. Dr. Hall, affectionately known as Dr. Joey by many of his patients, has been dedicated to serving the Portland community for over two decades. Alongside his wife, Carole, who he has been married to for 35 years, Dr. Hall has raised nine children and has been an active member of the community through his volunteer work as a coach for softball and basketball.
