Our Partners

Our team is led by three experienced architects, each with their unique strengths and expertise. Gregg Spalding, RA, LEED AP, has a broad understanding of design concepts, materials, and construction techniques, which enables him to deliver creative and practical solutions to a range of design problems. Cheryl Tougias, RA, LEED AP, is a strong problem solver and effective communicator who provides design leadership and project management for a variety of projects. George Tougias, RA, LEED AP, has expertise in many different building types, including publicly bid projects for government agencies and historic renovations.
