Founded in 2015 by Philadelphia native Crystal Creamer, Exceptional Hearts was born out of a need to provide compassionate and personalized care to aging and disabled adults in our community. Since its inception, Exceptional Hearts has grown to become a reputable and trusted home care provider, committed to empowering individuals to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.
