Our Services

We offer a variety of services designed to help individuals and families navigate the complex system of health care coverage. Our MNsure Enrollment Assistance program provides one-on-one guidance throughout the insurance application and enrollment process. Additionally, our Health Access Navigation service helps individuals find their way through the complex system of health care coverage. We also provide Navigator Training, preparing MNsure Navigators to help families access the most affordable health insurance.

MNsure Enrollment Assistance

Our MNsure Enrollment Assistance program is designed to guide you through the insurance application and enrollment process. Our experienced staff will work with you to understand your options, complete your application, and enroll you in the most suitable health insurance plan for your needs. We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the coverage you deserve and that you are not left to navigate the system alone.

Health Access Navigation

Navigator Training

At Portico Healthnet, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality health care. That's why we offer Navigator Training to prepare MNsure Navigators to help families access the most affordable health insurance. Our training program equips navigators with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively guide individuals and families through the enrollment process and ensure that they receive the coverage they need.

Low-Cost Dental Resources

We understand that dental care is an essential part of overall health. That's why we provide information about low-cost dental resources available to those in need. Our staff can help you find affordable dental services, ensuring that you receive the care you need without breaking the bank.

Renew Your Health Insurance

Annual renewals for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare restarted in 2023. Our staff is here to help you prepare for your appointment and guide you through the renewal process. We will ensure that you have all the necessary information and documentation to successfully renew your health insurance.
