My Home Health Care is a family-owned and operated Personal Care Agency (PCA) agency proudly serving the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Founded in 2001, we have been dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals and families with diverse healthcare needs. We are proudly a minority-owned agency with over 40 years of combined experience in the field.

Our Services
My Home Health Care offers two primary services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients:
1. Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Services
- Provides assistance and support for individuals with disabilities living independently in the community.
- Includes support with activities of daily living, personal hygiene care, medication management, and safety assistance.
2. Homemaker Services
- Offers support with instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) such as:
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Medication management
Personalized Care and Attention
We understand that every client is unique. We tailor our services to each individual's specific needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive the care they need and deserve. Our dedicated team of PCA and Homemaker professionals are highly qualified, compassionate, and committed to providing personalized and respectful care.
Disappointment and Lack of Communication
Mai Tax Services failed to properly inform a client, See Xiong-Thao, about their quarterly tax payments, resulting in unnecessary penalties and interests. The author was also left waiting for answers to questions about tax credits for 2021, with promises of follow-up calls never materializing. This experience was met with disappointment, as the author trusted the company's tax professionals to communicate effectively.
The client's main issues were the lack of transparency regarding their tax payments and the ineffective communication from the company. The author's expectations were not met, leading to a negative experience with Mai Tax Services.
Services and Communication
The client felt that the company did not do their due diligence in communicating with them properly. The author's questions about tax credits were ignored, and they were left waiting for answers that never came. This highlights the importance of effective communication in the tax preparation industry.
