As a personal trainer and health coach, I, Emily Conard, have dedicated my career to helping individuals of all ability levels achieve their fitness goals and develop a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
Personal Training
Our personal training services offer a unique and intimate approach to fitness. In our private studio, you'll work one-on-one with me to create a customized workout plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. With sessions ranging from 55 minutes to 1 hour, you'll experience a full-body workout that incorporates functional movements, flexibility exercises, and core strength training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, I'll work with you to create a program that challenges you and keeps you motivated.
Group Training
But what about exercising with a friend or two? Our group training sessions, available for 1-3 people, offer an exciting and social way to work out together. You'll experience the same personalized training and attention to detail as our one-on-one sessions, but with the added bonus of camaraderie and accountability. With packages available for 1-4 people, you can choose the perfect format for your group's needs.
Health and Nutrition Coaching
At Epic Fitness, we recognize that diet and nutrition play a vital role in overall health and well-being. As a health coach, I'll work with you to develop a personalized plan that enhances your fitness journey. From mindful eating to meal planning, we'll explore innovative ways to fuel your body and support your goals.
