At Songs Mortgage, we've been helping people find the right financing for their homes and investments for over three decades. Our journey began in 1982 when our founder, Vince Songcayawon, opened the doors to Songs Realty & Investment Company. With a background in teaching Industrial Arts in California public junior high schools, Vince saw an opportunity to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership and building wealth through real estate.

Over the years, we've grown and expanded our services to include mortgage brokering, refinancing, and investment property financing. We've built a reputation for providing exceptional guidance and service to our clients, whether they're first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors.

Our office is located at 2690 South White Road, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95148. We're open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and by appointment on Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays.
