Who We Are

K3 Construction Group, Inc. is a leading provider of construction services in the Northern Virginia region. With over 35 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects that meet the unique needs of our clients. Our journey began in 1982 when Jorge A. Kfoury founded JAK Construction Company, which later evolved into Kfoury Construction Group in 1993. In 2006, Jorge Kfoury sold the company, and Jeff Martello, who had been with the company since 1987, gained controlling interest and assumed the role of President and CEO. The name was changed to K3 Construction Group, Inc. in 2007 to reflect the new ownership.
