Mr. Sotelo's expertise spans water resource services, design phase services, and construction phase services, particularly in water, wastewater, and stormwater management projects. His understanding of construction logistics is equally strong, allowing him to approach projects with both technical proficiency and practical insight. He excels in collaborating with various engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination for successful project execution.

Mr. Sotelo holds a deep understanding of watershed modeling software packages such as ICPR and SWMM. He has conducted extensive hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, and watershed planning studies. His experience with a large consulting firm provided him with the essential foundation, professionalism, and technical skills necessary to tackle complex civil engineering challenges.

Furthermore, Mr. Sotelo has expanded his expertise into geotechnical engineering, providing subconsulting services specializing in sinkhole investigations and soil stabilization techniques. This specialized knowledge makes CEI a well-rounded firm capable of handling diverse civil engineering demands.
