Our Story
At Stanlaw Fitness, our passion is to help individuals from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals. Our journey began when our founder, Mike Stanlaw, discovered the transformative power of health and fitness at a young age. Growing up in Bayonne, New Jersey, Mike was introduced to weightlifting by his father and instantly became hooked. As he delved deeper into the world of fitness, he began competing in bodybuilding competitions and eventually earned his Master's degree in Social Work.
After working part-time as a certified personal trainer, Mike realized his true passion lay in helping others achieve their fitness goals. This realization led him to open the doors to Stanlaw Fitness in 2015, with the mission to help everyone get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every single day.

Our personal training sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they achieve the results they desire. We also offer a variety of group exercise classes, including kickboxing, boot camps, kettlebell training, cardio, core, strength training, and more. Whether you prefer the guidance of a personal trainer or the energy of a group fitness class, we have something for everyone.
