Washington Street Location

This location is perfect for those who want to be close to the vibrant Nelsonville Public Square. You'll find a variety of rentals here, from studio to four-bedroom units. Enjoy the convenience of walking to the post office, library, pharmacy, coffee shops, and various eateries. The area also hosts events like Final Fridays on the Square, and you'll be close to the Majestic Art Gallery, Stuart's Opera House, and the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway.

Franklin Street Location

If you prefer a more peaceful environment with easy access to nature, our Franklin Street location might be the one for you. The area is near the old Nelsonville Doctors' Hospital and offers a country-like setting. Here, you'll find large four-bedroom townhouses with approximately 1150 square feet of living space. Plus, with the approval of your apartment mates, pets are welcome.

Madison Street Location

For those seeking a quiet, cost-effective place to live, our Madison Street location is ideal. It's on the edge of town, surrounded by single-family homes, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for students or professionals. Pets are also allowed at this location.

We offer a range of apartments and townhouses with different pricing options to fit your budget. Our prices start from $400 per bedroom for a 9-month lease and go up to $800 for a 2-bedroom ranch.
