Victorian Village Apartments

Welcome to the Victorian Village Apartments, located in Nelsonville, Ohio. We are proud to offer a wide range of apartments and townhouses to students from Hocking College and Ohio University. Our mission is to provide comfortable and affordable housing to our tenants. Since 1995, my husband Jim and I have been dedicated to maintaining a high standard of living for our residents. We believe that home is where the heart is, and we strive to make Victorian Village feel like home for everyone who lives here.

We offer a variety of apartments, including one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two and three bedroom townhouses. Each apartment comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and window blinds. We also provide on-site laundry facilities, central air, and private parking for added convenience. Our apartments are state-approved and are well-maintained to ensure a comfortable living environment.

As a resident of Victorian Village, you'll enjoy a close-knit community with a dedicated management team available 24 hours a day.
