Our stylists are each independent contractors and business owners, dedicated to providing exceptional service. With a team of experts, we can cater to a variety of hair types and styles, from classic and elegant to bold and trendy.
Salon Policies
- Appointments: Confirmation emails will be sent three business days prior to your appointment. Please contact us if there are any changes.
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours cancellation is required. If you cancel within 24 hours, you'll be charged 50% of your service cost. If you cancel or no-show the same day, you will be charged 100% of your service amount.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
- Walk-Ins: We welcome walk-in customers, however, if it is not convenient with your schedule, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.
- Payment of Services: Daily deals and promotions have specific terms and conditions. Please read the fine print before booking.
- Fees: All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Please request a total price prior to receiving services.
- Returned Checks: Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
- Gratuities: Tipping is up to the discretion of each client.
