Since our founding in 2001, we have been committed to providing a range of group and individual programs designed to support men and women from diverse backgrounds. Our services are offered in English and Spanish, catering to the needs of our diverse community. With locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Grand Prairie, we are accessible to those seeking help across the region.

Our Services

Our programs are designed to address various aspects of personal growth, including mental health, addiction, and personal development. We offer individual and group sessions, both online and in-person, to ensure flexibility and accessibility for our clients. Our experienced counselors work closely with each individual to create a personalized plan tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Locations

We have three locations to serve you better. Our Fort Worth location is situated on the corner of 5th Street and University Drive, offering easy access to those in the area. Our Grand Prairie location is located off highway 360 in the Heather Ridge Village Plaza, making it convenient for those in the north. Additionally, we have a site in Dallas, ensuring that our services are available to a broader audience.

Group Rules

To ensure a productive and respectful environment for all participants, we have established certain rules for our group sessions. These include the prohibition of cell phone use during class, no food in the group, active participation, and respect for fellow classmates. By following these rules, we can maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that fosters growth and development.
