Ron Lester, our Master Builder, brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. Beginning his career in the early 1990s in Richmond, Virginia, and Baltimore, Maryland, Ron honed his skills and built a reputation for excellence. His move to Marietta, Georgia, in 1997 saw him continue building exceptional homes for Wilmont Williams before eventually embarking on his own journey as a custom home builder in 2006. Ron's dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry ensures we incorporate the most innovative techniques and materials while adhering to the highest building codes.

Kal Vemuri, with her Master's degree in Information Systems, brings a unique perspective to our team. Her extensive background in process improvement and her deep understanding of both the corporate and small business sectors allow her to anticipate challenges and guide homeowners through the complex decision-making process involved in custom home building. Kal's warm and personalized approach ensures that each client feels supported and confident throughout their journey with GCG.
