Hi, I'm Jeff Long, and together with my wife Julie, we are the proud owners of 1 Choice Carpet Cleaning. My journey into the world of carpet cleaning began back in 1981, and over the years, I've had the privilege of honing my skills and deepening my knowledge of this craft. After spending many years working for other companies, I realized that I was no longer comfortable with certain industry practices, particularly the bait-and-switch tactic used to lure customers in with low prices and then inflate the final bill. It felt dishonest and unfair to consumers. So, in 1999, Julie and I sat down with a shared vision: to create a company built on the unwavering principle of transparency and honesty.
