OurStory

Our journey began with Maiju Stansel, who grew up surrounded by the construction industry, thanks to her father's work as a superintendent. This exposure ignited her interest in architecture, and she went on to study at Norwich University, one of the oldest private military colleges in the country. Maiju's education at Norwich allowed her to establish a strong foundation in architectural design and project management. After graduating, she worked in Vermont, gaining valuable experience in various architecture typologies, from high-end residential projects to historic renovations.

Our Team

Our team consists of Maiju Stansel, Partner, and David B. Case, Partner. Maiju brings a wealth of knowledge in residential architecture, having worked in the field for over two decades. David, a fellow Partner, has a deep appreciation for Classical & Traditional Architecture and has earned numerous awards and certifications for his work. Together, we ensure that every project we undertake is approached with dedication, creativity, and attention to detail.
