One of our recent projects is the renovation of Ponce Hall at Flagler College. This historic building was damaged by a burst sprinkler line, but we saw an opportunity to update the building systems while maintaining its old-world charm. We created corridors of light using linear lighting recessed in wood trim and concealed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing lines to create a more residential feeling. The dorm rooms were modernized with new bathrooms, dimmable lighting, and efficient heating and air systems.

Another notable project is the buildout for Trailer Bridge, a distribution company. We designed an open floor plan with electric scooter charging stations, bike racks, and recreational areas like ping-pong and putt-putt. The space also features glass front offices that provide a modern and welcoming atmosphere.

We have also worked on medical offices, such as Well & You, which offers a patient-focused floor plan with open public spaces surrounded by private exam rooms. The exterior features a blend of stucco and wood, with accent lighting that adds a touch of warmth and elegance.

In addition to these projects, we have designed commercial offices, showrooms, and service areas. Our goal is to create spaces that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
