Our Team

Our team is composed of highly experienced and licensed engineers, including our Principals, Jim Bushey, P.E., and Matt Bueno, P.E., both of whom have extensive experience in vineyard design and development. Meghan Bushey, our Office Manager, ensures the smooth operation of our office, and our staff of engineers, technicians, and drafters work together to ensure the success of our projects. Our staff has extensive experience in surveying, planning, and engineering, and we maintain a fully equipped survey crew for topographic, design, and construction surveys.
