Founded in 1999 by Gary W. Powers, P.E., our company has grown from a small team of experts to a globally connected organization with personnel located across the United States and abroad.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to provide quality, personalized, cost-effective inspection services using sound engineering principles and a strong foundation in the relevant API and ASME codes and standards that govern the design of tanks, piping, and pressure vessels. • Inspections: We offer a variety of inspection services, including tank inspections, piping inspections, and pressure vessel inspections. Our inspections are certified based on the American Petroleum Institute (API), the American Society of Engineers (ASNT), or the Steel Tank Institute (STI) code and standards.
• Non-Destructive Testing: Our American Society of Engineers (ASNT) certified staff provide quality NDT inspections for many industries throughout the United States and abroad.
• Engineering Evaluations: Our licensed engineers and staff work from a technical and engineering point of view to analyze and evaluate complex problems.
• 3D Laser Scan & Point Cloud Analysis: We perform spatial analysis and 3D scan modeling using a point cloud system by our Faro Laser Scanner for your facilities, tanks, pipes, etc.
