Our Chefs

Our Executive Chef and owner, David Lashinsky, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has a unique and eclectic culinary background that translates into heartwarming, wholesome, and direct cooking. Our Second-in-Command, Chef Edgar Sierra, has a plethora of experience and culinary background that ties perfectly with Chef David's vision and culinary presence. Together, they create dishes that are truly exceptional and unforgettable.
