Our Projects

We have worked on a variety of projects, including:

• Commercial Design: We designed a new reinforced concrete masonry unit retail building for a Starbucks anchor tenant in Renton, WA.
• Timber Framing: We built a historic cabin at Snoqualmie Pass, WA, using space frame trusses to accommodate a 262 psf ground snow load.
• Seismic Strengthening: We designed a pressure grouted tie-back system to laterally anchor a retaining wall in Woodinville, WA, which was failing and sliding downward.
• Sustainable Design: We designed a house in Seattle, WA, using a wood framed seismic resistance system with a mostly new foundation system and engineered lumber to support the 2nd story.
