Elite DPC was founded by Dr. Creighton Shute, a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a passion for delivering high-quality care. Dr. Shute's journey in medicine began with his service in the United States Navy and Army. He then completed his medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus, and Family Medicine Residency training at Fort Benning, Georgia. After serving as a physician in the military, Dr. Shute moved back to Lafayette, Louisiana, where he established Elite DPC.
