Our Services

Our private Pilates sessions provide individualized attention and instruction, making it perfect for those who need specialized attention, such as post-rehabilitation or physical limitations. Our semi-private Pilates training allows you to work with a friend or like-minded individual, providing a social and supportive environment. We also offer group Pilates apparatus classes, which provide a full-body workout while receiving maximum personal attention.
